Year 2009 has ended. Increasingly uncertain world. World increasingly filled with people who are not honest. These include the country's most corrupt countries. High leadership clash each other because of competition office. Life in this country even more uncomfortable, because all around us, hanging around people who are just selfish. What about the arts in Medan? Can art be a barometer of the field at the national level? Do not make art just to spend budget funds in each end of the year.
